You may not use GrandPath services to create websites that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or distribute malware. Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering of our platform, and reselling of our premium templates without written permission are strictly prohibited.

GrandPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or business opportunities. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question within the preceding twelve months.
